A very nice Guesthouse in a perfect location! As the name says it the Casa Heinrich is a Guesthouse (not really a hotel). So don't expect restaurants, breakfast, 24 hour reception... But expect friendliness, cosiness, charm, a cooking facility in your room, walking distance to the city center. The hotel location is perfect - 3 tram stops form the central station! The rooms are quite small but newly renovated, clean, nicely equipped, having fridge and cooking facilities... I stayed there due to business for one night (in a single room) and liked it very much!
Please be aware that the reception is not occupied 24h so you need to plan your check-in. I had some issues with the key which was solved quite fast. Luckily after reading an other review where the same thing happened I tried it directly after check-in and the problem could be solved directly.

Additionally, the hotel is in a great and unbeatable setting, near the lake and beautiful landscape, the train station, as well as several restaurants. It's also within walking distance to Flussbad Oberer Letten Outdoor Swimming Pool.
